Shipping FAQ

  • Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Depending on the country some orders get charged by customs fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine duties and taxes as this information varies by country. Customers ordering online will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges. 
  • When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2-3 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

  • I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via We can give you the inside info.

  • How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email


We're sure you'll love your new Pharamond Life gear, but if for any reason you would like to return your order we have a 30 day returns policy after your items have been delivered.

Just send us an email on our contact form with your order details and one of our customer service members will be happy to assist.

All returned items must be be in original packaging exactly as it was received. If this is not the case your item cannot be returned and refunded.

If the items have been marked, used or damaged in any way, the item will also be unable to be refunded or returned

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item.

Pharamond Life holds the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements.


Refunds will be given if your items are significantly different from how they are described or shown on site.
